Things that i think need to happen

1-We need to get rid of the tags so that everyone is equal and there is unity in x-r
2-I personally think that we should get rid of the council and just use known members for voting on decisions if there are any
3-The members need to respect the rules, not have the rules forced on them-it makes things a lot easier
4-for recruiting we should have a certain group of people that can recruit not just anyone above a 3
5-when a x-r sees another x-r break a rule try to talk with them and reach an agreement
6-our in-game and forum attitude needs to change where everyone respects everyone even enimies
7-Our skillz aren't what are important for x-r its our attitude..remember that...when you decide to do something think about the outcome if its good or bad.
I do this because if alot of this doesn't happen x-r will just get worse.

2- Ther should be some higher people in the clan that can recruit and must put like a * after their name
3- XR should be a great team(clan) again
4- recruiting must got better >.>

for adding more onto what 4 would be like is- The recruiters would be like 4 people that know what to look for in a person. the recruiter person can go around with the possible recruit for a couple days(get there msn and stuff) and just find out what they are like then make a decision

i think the tags should have a makeover, there are old. The kind of ranks that X-R has are unique and i do not see a reason why they should be removed or not.

I also believe and think that the punishment of breaking rules continuoslly should be punished more severly, at this moment, not much is done about it, if anything is been done about it.

I also would like to sugges to keep the council. The council is some sort of leading group that takes some things of the main leader(in this case Axis) of his shoulders so he has more spare time to actually enjoy the game then 2 be worried if anything is going allright and if the clan/team stays in order. Or things like that.

hmm your method of punishing harder if anything happens woo that would work just lovely. Steephy if something happens u don't just punish, you fix it with that person and give them a warning, not bash them untill they leave.

although...this is taking away the clan aspect of X-R. without ranks, members have nothing to strive for and have no motivation. i know your going to say "well ranks shouldnt be important"...but to some, they are

Or, we could start with the biggest breaker of the rules in the clan, at least as far as i know, and that would be you Furis.

Who cares where you start or how you start. If u want to change a few things in X-R, you could, or at least i would, listen to everyone that has something to do with it.
