In an ingame ceremony, Guru was promoted to the rank of <3>.

I will admit that Guru isn't 100% ready for the rank of <3> but he has a solid head on his shoulders and should be completely ready within six weeks or less. The other <3>s and the <4>s are here for you, Guru !

Guru, log at least 12 hours a week of gameplay via xfire, read the recruiting protocols and recruit new members as such. Just because you're able to recruit doesn't mean you recruit just anyone, I've recruited a total of 2 members.

I'm just giving him a hard time. The only thing I ask is to read to recruiting mini-guide.
Gameplay hours are, for all intents as purposes: unimportant.
