[glow=white,2,300] There is no BLAME or NAMES that are targetted, but some mess is currently in X-R, I give the X-R Staffs a Ultimatum of until FRIDAY to fix all the problems in X-R including Ranks and TeamTags.
You guys know what X-R is, you guys know also what I personnally would accept or not. This is your chance to prove yourself in Leadership skills.

Well for the ranks I think some shouldn't have gotten them. Maybe I think I should be allowed to keep my <3> rank but maybe I think I shoudln't. I mean yes, I've been in X-R for a long time and am friendly now to mostly every single JKA player as I've matured. And yes, I did host a lot for X-R back when my game was installed and not messed up, and I helped out a bit around the clan. But does that really make me deserve a <3> rank. Look at Innos for example, he does a lot for this clan, he's always active being helpful, friendly, and a leader, so I'd say he sure as hell deserves his <4> rank. But some others I don't think need the up-rank possibly including me as if I don't know if I've been enough of a leader in X-R to deserve it as I cannot say for myself. There we some "Iffy" upranks, to some people who aren't even really active ingame but got an uprank. Yes one can show leadership on a forum, but it's a whole new area inside the game playing with people showing your leadership. Also some got a rankup when they haven't been here for anytime. Sure they are nice and skilled, but really what have they done so far for X-R? I hosted for probobly 2 months when I joined X-R before I even got my rank <2>. And now 2 years later I get the rank <3>, this is because I didn't take initiative and be a leader. But getting an uprank within about 2 weeks of joining isn't approporiate I think, even if they are very good friends of ours. As for the TeamTags, Axis said Blue & White. Some of us have used many different colours, including me. But I don't think this is a bad thing. I would actually like to say to you Axis I want us to be able to use different colours but in the same fashion, example: (Normal) <X-R>Name<#>(Easier when the Rank Number is same colour, takes up less space for the people in X-r with longer names ex. me  ) But Keep the white like that and have differrent colours, like Green & White, Yellow & White, Teal & White, Red & White, Pink & White, or whatever, as long as the basic tag stays the same (<X-R>Name<#>) It gives the members more diversity with their name so not everyone looks the same but other players can still tell it's X-R and were together. Other then that I don't know what mess is going around, either I haven't payed attention or something we are all unaware of, or I haven't been informed. So I'll leave it at that for now. And please to all other X-R, take this thread seriously and don't spam or whatever like Uxot & Andy (<3) have already done. Yours truely, Swift-Ninja |

Okay i will admit these things. 1. I <3 axis's tags better, i mean i made my own color but i really really would like it if we were all the same color, I mean were a family. We should not be ashamed to be the same color as them! 2. About the ranks.. I mean wtheck? I got on and David, Blaise, and bekind are like, YOUR A 3!!! and im like bbqhaxzors? Joke? and there like 'NO NO ALMOST EVERY OONE GOT AN UPRANK!' that is the worst part. I mean almost every one got one. Then its not special... not special at all. i mean sure I LOVE BEING A 3. But as a start, untill i am officially awarded it for an action, I am resigning my <3> and going back to a <2>. I mean seriously, guys if we want to be functional.... Your true lover ~Tarnit~ |

Thats why you got a promo <.< its not the amount of time of what a promo matters.....if u went inactive then came back but you do more then everyone else do u think it is right for a promo or not?

Alright, someone has to run the upranks by Axis, I wish I could but I'm not 100% up-to-date. I would love to have stayed up-to-date but as everyone knows: my mother believes the internet is the spawn of all evil

Thats why you got a promo <.< its not the amount of time of what a promo matters.....if u went inactive then came back but you do more then everyone else do u think it is right for a promo or not? Then tell me SD, why was I promoted? Have I really done any of those things? |

Okay look, the reason i am resigning my rank is. Im not the judge of whether i deserve it or not. It is Axis, and the councils. But still when the Coucil decides 3/4 of the clan is gonna get a uprank!!! WEWT!! ~.~
I mean doesnt that ruin the whole point of teh promotions? So look. I love ya all as family, and if the family does something wrong ima gonna tell you!
Okay look i was pumped to get a <3> rank. Whether i deserve it or not is a different matter, But you should have posted INDIVIDUAL reason for why every one got an uprank then have people approve it! (Mainly axis)
If you cant get a hold of him well... WAIT THEN PATIENCE YOUNG PADAWAN!!!!
So ya, Untill Axis, The council, and members agree someone deservers an uprank... I think it should not be.
